Contact form and email
When you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, company, message and optional details such as the project type or how you heard about us) to answer your request and prepare an offer if needed.
The contact form is transmitted via Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA). Your details are transferred to and stored in the USA. We use them only to handle your request and delete them once they are no longer needed and no legal retention obligations apply.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA) and delivered via its data centres, including Frankfurt. When you visit the website, technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser information is processed to deliver the website securely and reliably.
Images and videos
Images and videos are delivered via Cloudinary (Cloudinary Ltd.). Your IP address is transmitted to Cloudinary so that the files can be loaded.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how often. The service does not set cookies and does not create personal profiles; data is evaluated in aggregate.
Transfers abroad
Some of the service providers mentioned are based in the USA. For transfers to countries without an adequate level of data protection, we rely on the safeguards provided by law, in particular standard contractual clauses, or on the recipient’s certification under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data processed by us and to object to processing. Please contact hello@aweo.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Changes
We may update this privacy policy if the website or the services we use change. The version published here applies.
