AI apps for image, video and 3D
When images have to be edited in large volumes, an image editing program is no longer enough. AWEO builds specialised AI apps for this: they process entire folders according to fixed rules, use AI selectively and make costs and results verifiable.

Examples from our projects
3D visualisation
Existing 3D models, for example from CAD software, become photorealistic images and animations for presentations, sales and marketing.
When a custom app is worthwhile
A custom app is worthwhile when the same image task comes up again and again: new supplier images for the shop, seasonal colour variants, room visualisations for every new property. Instead of editing each image individually, you define the rules once.
One example: when standardising a shop’s image collection, the packshot app automatically recognised that a large share of the images already met all requirements or only needed adjusting. Only the remaining images were sent to the AI. This pre-selection is what makes the difference in time and cost.
3D visualisation from 3D models
Many companies have 3D models of their products, machines or plants, usually from engineering. These can be turned into visualisations without photographing anything: photorealistic images, animations and views from any angle.
This is particularly useful when a product does not exist yet, is too large for a photo studio or needs to be shown in variants. The visualisations can be used for websites, presentations, trade fairs, sales documents and social media.
Typical features
- Automatic review and classification of every image
- Several quality levels depending on how difficult the image is
- Running cost estimate and a report with costs per image
- Fixed output formats, file size budget and identical file names
- Masks that protect defined areas such as labels from changes
- Interruptible runs: images that are already done are skipped
- Single-image mode for difficult cases with before-and-after comparison
Frequently asked questions
Does the app run in the browser or locally?
Both are possible: locally on your team’s computers or as a web app in the browser. What fits better depends on data volumes, data protection and the way you work.
Which AI models are used?
We use current image models that are best suited to the task. The model can be replaced when a better or cheaper one becomes available.
Which 3D data can be visualised?
Usually all common 3D models, for example from CAD or 3D software. We clarify in advance which format the data is in and what should be created from it.
